Advanced Education Programs
School of Advanced Education Programs (AEP) was found in 2006. School of Advanced Education Programs develops and implements the National Economics University strategy to improve the quality of higher education in Vietnam.
AEP is a diverse, student-centered, globally-engaged university committed to providing highly valued undergraduate educational opportunities. The curriculum was modeled after that of California State University, Long Beach, USA. Lecturers in this program come from a variety of academic institutions, including those from NEU, CSULB, and other universities in Vietnam, the USA, and other English-speaking countries.
The School of Advanced Education Programs (AEP) was founded in 2006, with only three programs and over 120 students at that time. AEP expanded by introducing three new programs in 2010: an advanced accounting program, a high-quality auditing program, and a high-quality corporate management program. In 2012, five more high-quality programs were added, covering areas such as investment, marketing, international business, and banking. In 2015, three more high-quality programs were introduced, including international economics, human resource management, and corporate finance. An advanced program specializing in international business was added in 2018.
The undergraduate program, focusing on business analysis and developed in partnership with CSUSB, is currently under construction and enrolled its first class in 2019. In 2022, AEP added two more high-quality programs: High-Quality Digital Marketing and High-Quality Information Technology and Digital Transformation. Currently, AEP manages three groups of programs: Advanced Programs (with three majors), Excellent Programs (with 15 majors), and POHE Programs (with five majors), in addition to a training program in English business analytics. The current student enrollment exceeds 4000 students.
AEP became a member of ACBSP in 2017, and in November 2022, 11 programs officially received the ACBSP international quality accreditation certificate. All programs are at the undergraduate level.

HISTORY
2024
In 2024, the Institute of Advanced Education, Excellent Programs, and POHE introduced a new Excellent Insurance program integrated with the ANZIFF certificate.
2023
In 2023, the Institute added two new Advanced Programs and three Excellent Programs, including Excellent Logistics, Excellent Digital Marketing, Excellent Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Advanced Financial Planning, and Advanced Business Administration.
2022
Eleven programs officially received international ACBSP accreditation.
2022
In 2022, the Institute also introduced two new Excellent Programs: Excellent Digital Marketing and Excellent Information Technology and Digital Transformation.
2021
In 2021, the POHE Market Management program and the POHE Valuation program were introduced for enrollment.
2019
The undergraduate program in Business Analytics, developed in collaboration with California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), was established and enrolled its first cohort in 2019.
2018
In 2018, the Advanced Program in International Business was launched for enrollment.
2017
In 2017, four Excellent Programs were introduced: Development Economics, International Economics, Human Resource Management, and Corporate Finance.
2015
In 2015, two new POHE programs were launched: POHE in Commercial Business Administration and POHE in Business Law.
2014
In 2014, the POHE Marketing Communications program was added.
2013
In 2013, the Excellent Marketing Management program was opened for enrollment.
2011
In 2011, three Excellent Programs were added: Investment Economics, International Business, and Banking.
2010
In 2010, three new programs were introduced: the Advanced Accounting major; and the Excellent Audit and Excellent Business Administration majors.
2008
In 2008, two new POHE programs were launched: POHE in Hotel Management (Hotel Management major) and POHE in Tourism Management (Tourism Management major).
2006
The Institute of Advanced Education, Excellent Programs, and POHE was established and began enrollment in 2006. At that time, it offered one Advanced Program in Finance with more than 120 students.
