The School of Advanced Education Programs welcomed and worked with Senior Advisor Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands

On Monday morning, December 12, 2022, the School of Advanced Education Programs welcomed and worked with Ms. Jasja Bos – Senior Advisor of Saxion University of Applied Sciences (Saxion University), Netherlands.

Representing the School of Advanced Education Programs, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc – Dean of the School of Advanced Education Programs and Dr. Luong Thu Ha – Deputy Director of the School of Advanced Education Programs and other staff in charge of managing and coordinating exchange programs participated in the meeting.

The meeting focused on the main activities related to the student transfer between the School and Saxion University, including the review of the 3+1 program of the Finance and Accounting under Excellent Education Programs based on the curriculum to prepare for these two programs next year, as well as the signing ceremony of mapping two training programs, POHE Travel and POHE Hospitality Management. It is expected that the signing ceremony will take place in March 2023 at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.

Saxion University of Applied Sciences (Saxion University) is a public university located in the East of the Netherlands with 3 branches located in 3 vibrant cities of Deventer, Enschede and Apeldoorn. Saxion University is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the Netherlands, with almost 27,000 students (and still growing), including about 3,500 international students from 55 different countries taking Foundation courses, Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in 44 different majors. In addition, in 2016, National Economics University had signed a cooperation agreement with Saxion University to promote cooperation on student exchange in the format of 3+1 with two Excellent Education Programs in Finance and Accounting to provide students with highly applicable, practical and relevant curriculum with international interoperability.
