Site evaluator from the ACBSP, USA, has a mid-cycle review at the National Economics University

From February 21 to February 23, 2023, Dr. Douglas John Gilbert – An evaluator from ACBSP, USA, visited and worked at the National Economics University to review and evaluate in the middle of the accreditation cycle.

Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong – President of the university, welcomed Dr. Douglas John Gilbert – ACBSP Accreditation Evaluator.

With the goal of implementing the strategy of internationalizing training and research activities, and especially education quality assurance according to national and international standards, meeting the requirements of high-quality education for students, National Economics University regularly conducts self-assessment and follows the requirements of educational quality accreditation of prestigious national and international accrediting organizations. Thereby helping the school determine the level of response to the educational environment in each period to develop a plan to improve teaching quality. In 2022, National Economics University has accredited 11 programs according to ACBSP’s standards and continues to register for accreditation of 08 new training programs in 2023.

Within the framework of the working program, Dr. Douglas John Gilbert, together with the team, reviewed self-assessment reports and proofs according to the testing standards, interviewed relevant groups as well as inspected the University’s facilities for teaching and learning, the University’s website, School of Advanced Educational Programs and the Faculty of Business Administration.

After 03 effective working days, the assessment in the middle of the accreditation cycle ended successfully with the programs meeting the standards required by ACBSP organization and achieving the goal of 08 programs to continue to be tested.
