Institute of School of Advanced Education Programs organized the Seminar No.3

On Monday afternoon, December 20, 2022, the School of Advanced Education Programs held a seminar named “Innovation and improvement of some internal processes in Student Management at the School for Advanced Education Programs and POHE” based on the actual situation in student management of the School. The seminar had the participation of Dr. Dam Son Toai – Head of Testing and Quality Assurance Department, Mas. Nguyen Hoang Ha – Head of Political Affairs and Student Management Department, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc – Dean of School of Advanced Education Programs and the leaders as well as staff of the School.

At the seminar’s opening, Dr. Vu Van Ngoc – Dean of School of Advanced Education Programs delivered the speech and expressed his hopes that through the seminar, relevant departments can offer and exchange initiatives and innovation to improve the quality of student management in accordance with the orientation and strategy of the University. The contents of the discussion focused on the following main topics:

–  Improve the development process of a study plan (timetable)- Comprehensive application of UIS software to the timetable module;

– The review of academic warnings and suspension at the School of Advanced Education Programs;

– The review of expected learning outcomes in English proficiency, and Information Technology

– The organization of fieldtrips at enterprises for students of School of Advanced Education Programs

The seminar took place in a lively atmosphere with many comments discussing the objectives and implementation methods to improve the quality of management and internal processes as well as coordination with other departments in student management. Through the seminar, the University and the School’s leaders also would like to create a forum for administrators to share and learn from each other’s experiences, offer appropriate suggestions and solutions, measures to increasingly enhance the quality, contribution and overall development of the School.
